Governor Kasich signs law exempting rabid dogs from Ohio’s
onerous open records laws as Fifi, spokesdog for RRCK (Rabid Republican Canines
for Kasich) looks on approvingly. Governor Kasich told reporters afterwards
that convicted sex offenders living within 1000 feet of schools are the last group still
covered by Ohio’s onerous open records laws and he vowed to see sex offenders exempted
before the year is out. With that last barrier to free enterprise removed, he is sure JobsOhio
will forge ahead.
